USF Health Clinic

Offerings will include:

• Wellness checks & health counseling: comprehensive wellness checks, including blood pressure monitoring, glucose testing, and general health assessments as well as offer personalized health counseling to help you manage chronic conditions, adopt healthier lifestyles, and address any health concerns.

 

• Groups & Classes on Sunday, June 9 (held at the ISLC):
  • 9:30 - 10:30 AM: Hope After Loss - Supporting Each Other Through Grief
  • 12:30 - 1:30 PM: Healthy Horizons - focus group for weight management, nutrition, and exercise
  • 2:30 - 3:30 PM: Crafting Connections - Friendship Bracelet Workshop 

All parishioners are invited to stop by the Health Clinic between Masses from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Wellness checks will be located in the Saint Francis Room of the church (south wing of the church facing Page Street), and groups will be held in the ISLC. We hope to see you there!
