USF Health Clinic

We are thrilled to announce that beginning this Sunday, June 2, we will be hosting a Health Clinic with the USF School of Nursing which will bring a cohort of nursing students to St. Agnes to offer free wellness checks, health counseling, support groups, and health education classes to our community!

Offerings will include:

• Wellness checks & health counseling: comprehensive wellness checks, including blood pressure monitoring, glucose testing, and general health assessments as well as offer personalized health counseling to help you manage chronic conditions, adopt healthier lifestyles, and address any health concerns.
• Support groups: example support groups include focus groups for parents, dealing with illness of a family member, work-life wellness circle
• Health education classes: help parishioners learn about nutrition, exercise, stress management, and disease prevention. 

All parishioners are invited to stop by the Health Clinic between Masses from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. It will be located in the Saint Francis Room of the church (south wing of the church facing Page Street). We hope to see you there!
